A newly created, part-time opportunity exists for a HR Business Partner to join a large manufacturing business based in North-Western Sydney. This role fills a genuine gap in the team and offers real scope to support the function - you will step into a role where you can support the build of policies, processes and a legacy from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing
Employee Relations & Investigations

• Manage ER cases independently from day one, including investigations, letter writing, and driving matters through to outcome
• Provide advice and interpretation on EBA/Award matters 
• Support union engagement and consultation processes
• Partner with leaders on performance, conduct, and workplace behaviour matters

HR Business Partnering

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders across a unique site running on multiple shifts
