Job Description
Position Overview:
As a HR Specialist/HRBP, You will work closely with the HR team and operations leaders to help maintain a positive workplace culture, ensure proper documentation, and support day-to-day HR processes.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 6:00PM-3:00AM, Gliding Shift, Onsite
Office Location : 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning and Performance Management
+ Monitor attendance and performance scores and recommend employees for escalation or performance improvement plans (PIP)
+ Support leaders in workforce planning by tracking new hire placement, clinic requests versus hiring demands, and non-billable utilization rates
+ Provide insights and recommendations to optimize manpower allocation and utilization
+ Conduct monthly meetings with team leaders to track early warning signs and review progress on action plans
