Job Description
Position Overview: As a HR Specialist/HRBP, you will work closely with the HR team and operations leaders to help maintain a positive workplace culture, ensure proper documentation, and support day-to-day HR processes.
Work Schedule and Arrangement
6:00PM-3:00AM, Gliding Shift, Onsite
Office Location
8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor attendance and performance scores and recommend employees for escalation or performance improvement plans (PIP)
- Support leaders in workforce planning by tracking new hire placement, clinic requests versus hiring demands, and non-billable utilization rates
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize manpower allocation and utilization
- Conduct monthly meetings with team leaders to track early warning signs and review progress on action plans
