Join Ethos Automation as a Human Resources Business Partner in Brantford, Ontario. This full-time role is dedicated to driving recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance in a thriving manufacturing environment.
You will work directly with the General Manager to support approximately 75 to 150 employees, enhancing HR practices while coordinating with our Mexico division. The successful candidate will be solutions-oriented and skilled in managing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to compliance and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary HR liaison for staff and leadership
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and facilitate onboarding
