- Assist in the recruiting process including job postings and initial screening of candidates.
- Support employee relations efforts by addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues.
- Familiarize with and uphold ISO and GMP standards within HR practices.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment allocation and assist with onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1year-2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting skills, proficient in employee relations, knowledgeable in ISO and GMP practices, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in recruitment allocation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Support HR in daily operations and maintain compliance with HR policies.
