Job Responsibilities
- Partial spectrum of Human Resources: Attendance, Training, Leave Admin, Levy Claim, etc
- Accurate data entry and proper documents filing
- Ad-hoc admin duties
- Various reports to Director, HR Manager and Shipyards
- Ad-hoc assignments assign by Director, HR Manager
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
- HR experience in Marine Shipyard or Construction industry is an added advantage
- Ability to work/communicate with foreign workers
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Work
- Meticulous and accurate in work
- Neat, tidy and organized at work
