Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR department in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Support the mobilization of workers – documentation, visa, and joining formalities.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, warning letters, salary certificates, and other employee correspondence.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR files accurately.
- Coordinate between operations, recruitment, and site teams for timely manpower deployment.
- Handle basic employee queries and ensure smooth communication within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (experience in a manpower supply company is a plus).
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi will be an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
