We are looking for an HR Assistant to support the HR team with various recruitment and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals, company website, and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person)
- Coordinate with department managers regarding interview availability
- Prepare interview documents and candidate files
- Maintain HR files and records
