Provide administrative support to human resources and business management. This position requires exceptional customer service and the ability to interact with a diverse group of internal and external customers at all levels of the organization. Duties include a focus on human resources and accounting support while managing front-end processes.
Responsibilities
+ Greet visitors upon their arrival and maintain the guest logbook at the front desk.
+ Issue visitor badges and direct visitors to the appropriate person.
+ Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the correct point of contact.
+ Assist with all aspects of internal and external meetings.
+ Maintain confidential department records and files in accordance with internal company procedures.
+ Perform periodic audits of HR records to ensure required documentation is maintained.
+ Assist with HR forms and policies updates....
