Job Description

• Accurate maintenance and delivery of the company's Notice to Explain tracking and issuance system
• Support, attend and notarize where applicable all arbitration council and committee meetings of the company
• Ensure all probationary contracts are assessed on time and all plantilla is accurate
• Attend the monthly security meeting and deliver minutes to all who attend
• Liason with unions on ER matters where guided by senior management and legal advice

Qualifications

• HR degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
• Knowledgeable with Labor Law and previous experience handling ...
