Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave management, and HR‑related reporting.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee‑related documents.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support payroll administration by coordinating attendance and employee data.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and HR projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Conduct surprise audits on the Camp Factory and prepare reports.
