Job Description
Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate and communicate with local government authorities (e.g., Ministry of Labour, local village, etc.) to ensure compliance for company operations.
2.Oversee daily factory administrative management, including but not limited to security, canteen, cleaning, vehicles, and dormitories.
3.Manage factory recruitment, employee performance appraisal and employee relations.
4.Develop and improve company HR and admin policies, procedures, and related documents to ensure compliance with local labor laws in Philippines.
5.Implement new employee training locally in accordance with headquarters' requirements.
6.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
