Role Overview
The Senior HR Analyst will lead advanced people analytics, workforce insights, and strategic reporting to support data-driven HR and business decisions. This role partners closely with HR Leadership, HRBPs, and business stakeholders, translating complex HR data into actionable insights and influencing organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced HR Analytics & Insights
- Lead analysis of complex HR datasets across talent acquisition, attrition, performance, compensation, engagement, and workforce planning.
- Design predictive and diagnostic analytics to identify trends, risks, and future workforce needs.
