WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an HR Analyst, you'll manage the full employee lifecycle at Tractian—from hiring and onboarding to terminations and legal offboarding processes. You'll oversee employee benefits, ensuring accurate enrollments, updates, and billing, and support employees with inquiries about vacations, payroll, and HR policies. You'll also maintain and update the employee database, prepare reports for audits and due diligence, and collaborate closely with managers to provide insights on HR processes and ensure smooth communication across teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
