As an HR Advisor at NAC, you will serve as a crucial HR partner to managers and employees. Your responsibilities include overseeing full-cycle recruitment, supporting employee relations, as well as interpreting policies and collective agreements. You will also champion onboarding processes and implement development initiatives tailored to workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and facilitate full-cycle recruitment processes
• Aid in workplace investigations and employee relations
• Interpret and communicate policies and agreements
• Oversee onboarding and workforce planning activities
• Provide HR advisory support on various initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
• Relevant post-secondary HR education
