About Our Client
We're partnering with a well‑established not‑for‑profit organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor into a small, collaborative People & Culture team. This true generalist role provides hands‑on advisory exposure across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on supporting leaders through change and embedding consistent, scalable people practices.
Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing advice aligned with policies, Awards and legislation
- Supporting performance management, conduct matters, PIPs, consultations and workplace issue resolution
- Assisting with investigations and ER/IR matters in partnership with an external HR provider
- Drafting employment correspondence including contracts, variations and performance outcomes
