Role Overview

As an HR Advisor, you will serve as the operational point of contact for managers across various sectors and departments within the Municipality of Eindhoven. Using sharp insight and a decisive approach, you will support leadership in resolving day-to-day operational and tactical HR challenges, ensuring clear communication and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Advisory & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for managers on employment terms, the Municipalities Collective Labour Agreement (CLA), internal policies, and personnel processes.
