From recruiting frontline employees to executive leaders, conducting workplace investigations, developing HR programs, and supporting business owners through difficult employee situations, no two days are the same.
We're looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a real impact for clients.
This is not an internal HR position. You'll work with a portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries, becoming a trusted advisor for both HR and recruitment. One day you may be recruiting a Project Manager for a construction company, the next you could be guiding a client through a performance issue, conducting a workplace investigation, or helping develop HR policies and processes.
