Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator (US Operations) with 3–7 years of experience working with a US-based company or directly supporting US operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle administration, documentation, compliance support, onboarding and offboarding activities, HR systems, and employee records while ensuring a seamless employee experience and adherence to organizational policies and processes.
The role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to handle confidential information, and experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
You will be working remotely with US-based team members on the US shift. Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Management Manage end-to-end employee administration processes from onboarding to separation.
