Your New Role:

In your role as the HR Administrator, you will report to a warm natured and supportive HR Manager, with a primary focus on coordination, record maintenance and associate services. Your duties will include:

Your Main Duties:

  • Assist in reviewing and drafting discussion records.
  • Handle investigation scripts and outcome letters.
  • Respond to employee grievances.
  • Supporting managers in conducting conversations including time and attendance, behaviour and conduct.
  • Adhoc HR admin duties with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
