For our HR team Europe we are looking for a reinforcement at the Hamburg location in the function of HR Administrator/ HR Generalist (m/f/d).


Your tasks:

  • In this position, you will act as the first point of contact for all administrative HR issues for managers and employees within HELM AG and the European branches.

  • You will be responsible, for example, for preparing onboarding as well as creating and processing employment contracts, references, certificates and other HR documents. You will provide advice on topics such as maternity protection and parental leave and will be jointly responsible for the design of operational HR processes and their smooth running.
