Job Description
1. Human Resource Management
- Work Pass Administration: Full cycle of application, renewal, and cancellation for Work Permits, S Pass, and Employment Pass. This includes maintaining the quota and managing dormitory/housing for foreign staff.
- Recruitment: Drafting job descriptions, posting ads on portals (JobStreet/MyCareersFuture), screening CVs, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Employee Lifecycle: Handling onboarding (contracts, orientation) and offboarding (exit interviews, tax clearance for foreign workers).
- Payroll & Leave: Processing monthly payroll (Infotech) and managing leave/medical records.
- Training & Development: Administering government‑funded training programs (e.g., WSQ, SkillsFuture) and maintaining the company’s training budget.
