Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing and leading the Corporate’s full spectrum of Human Resources and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, payroll administration, and general office management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with Corporate’s objectives and authorities and ensure consistency across all subsidiaries.
- Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes— from manpower planning to onboarding across all regional subsidiaries.
- Manage employee relations, handle disciplinary issues, and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Oversee Corporate’s performance appraisal systems and support departmental heads in evaluating employee performance.
