- Manage all HR and administrative functions across the project
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Ensure alignment with Saudi labor law and company policies
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and employee records
- Support Saudization requirements and workforce planning
Qualifications
- Saudi National (mandatory)
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7β12 years of HR & administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices in KSA
- Experience in construction or contracting sector preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
