Job Description
This role will provide HR and Administrativesupport to our Singapore operations, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processesacross the region. Internal contacts: . Country Manager/ Country HRManager . . Manage the full employee lifecycle, including issuance of offer letter, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and offboarding processes. . Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection . Support payroll processing, leave administration, benefits management, and CPF submissions accurately and on time . Handle the end-to-end process of work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and amendments in accordance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements. .
