Job Description
Contract Period: 9 Months
Key Responsibilities- Manage onboarding logistics and prepare new hire assets (laptops, mobile phones, SIM cards, access cards, staff passes, etc.)
- Coordinate company asset procurement, inventory tracking, and distribution.
- Assist with basic laptop deployment and user account setup.
- Maintain accurate employee records, databases, and administrative trackers.
- Prepare and draft employment letters and other corporate documentation.
- Support general administrative duties and adβhoc projects.
- Assist with internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and company events.
- Coordinate office seating arrangements and workspace readiness.
- Manage office supplies, printer maintenance, and vendor coordination.
