What you'll be doing

You'll work as part of a team supporting clients daily to resolve problems and reach positive outcomes. Help clients meet their personalised support plans and connect with local community services.

You'll also handle housing management activities including:
β’ Rent collection and tenancy management
β’ Risk assessments and health and safety checks
β’ Reporting maintenance issues
