Developmental Services - Housing Stability Case Manager (Prevention & Shelter Diversion)
One Full-Time Contract to March 2029 (with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent).
- Location: Aurora, Ontario L4G3S9 (must be within a commutable daily distance from the office and/or service area)
- Status: Contract, Full‑Time
- Starting Hourly Rate: $32.13/Hour
- Office Hours: Monday - Friday - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, 35 Hours per week
