HOUSING MANAGER (UNACCOMPANIED HOUSING)

Summary You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER in the HOUSING PROGRAM of NAVSTA MAYPORT. Responsibilities You will monitor the assignment of resident's vs available quarters to maintain availability status of housing units. You will investigate and resolve tenant-landlord complaints to recommend resolution or arbitrate disputes. You will provide training in customer service and unaccompanied housing procedures and operations. You will monitor work to be accomplished, establish priorities, and apprise Housing Installation Program Director of projected problems. You will evaluate performance, recommend awards, resolve complaints and take appropriate disciplinary measures to correct the issue.
