Summary You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in the UNACCOMPANIED HOUSING of NB CORONADO. Responsibilities You will prepare reports (e.g., base loading, inventory, usage, and occupancy) to provide housing trends and decision tools to command and regional program managers. You will prepare appropriate housing reports or documentation concerning occupancy, vacancy, placement or other related activities. You will advise incoming personnel on types of housing available (e.g., eligibility for number of bedrooms, turn-down options, tenant rights and obligations, procedures) for on and off base moves. You will collaborate with management officials (e.g., public and private housing representatives, law enforcement agencies) to maintain effective working relationships with community organizations affecting off-base housing.
