Job Description

Responsibilities

• Deliver championship services in support of the Venue Services team, ensuring Scotiabank Arena’s cleanliness is always maintained.
• Perform a variety of housekeeping tasks and special projects, including heavy‑duty cleaning, to keep the arena pristine.
• Respond safely and efficiently to spills, maintain washrooms, and empty garbage during events.
• Clean washrooms, suites, offices, and public areas to meet MLSE standards.
• Handle cleaning chemical solutions, hazardous materials, and bodily fluids as required.
• Communicate positively and professionally with fans, internal teams, and co‑workers.
• Work effectively under pressure, producing accurate results in a fast‑paced, noisy, and crowded environment.
• Report building and equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Work inside or outside the exterior of Scotiabank Arena.
