Housekeeping Operations Manage the overall housekeeping department, including guest rooms, villas, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. Ensure rooms and public spaces consistently meet luxury hospitality standards. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic presentation. Coordinate with the Front Office and Engineering departments to ensure seamless guest service. Team Management Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff. Prepare staff schedules and duty rosters. Conduct regular training on SOPs, hygiene standards, and guest service. Monitor staff grooming, productivity, and performance.
