Job Description
Job Summary The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising housekeeping operations across the facility to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and compliance with client standards and company policies. The role includes managing housekeeping staff, resources, quality audits, and client relationships to deliver excellent facility management services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations across assigned facilities.
Supervise housekeeping supervisors, team leaders, and housekeeping associates.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules, SOPs, and quality standards.
Ensure all areas are maintained in a clean, hygienic, and presentable condition.
