Job Description
Position Objective
Support and role model for direct care staff around the daily implementation of the therapeutic intervention strategies for Children, Young People (CYP) and Participants in alignment with Allambi’s Needs Based Restorative Framework. Manage the day to day operations of the therapeutic care environment and implementation of case plan goals and individual service planning (ISP) goals. Support and coach staff to improve their practice and achieve permanency outcomes for CYP.
Position Summary
This is a role is a change to our current structure. The aim of this role is to provide consistency to the young people we work with and provide consistent care, in order to create better outcomes. House Managers will be responsible for one house. Which is a maximum of 2-4 clients (1x 4 bed placement, 1 x 3 bed placement, 5 x 2 bed placement).
