Overview

Hotel Sales Manager – full‑time position based in Ajman. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue, meet targets, and oversee the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Lead, train, and support the sales team to ensure effective selling of hotel services and packages.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long‑term relationships with clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, communicating the value of the hotel’s offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales.
• Preferred: Egyptian nationality; open to all foreigners with sales experience.
• No English language proficiency required.
