A prestigious luxury wine estate in Pretoria is seeking an experienced Hotel Reservationist to join their team and deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional reservation management and personalised service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all leisure reservations and guest enquiries
• Convert enquiries into bookings through proactive selling and upselling
• Coordinate accommodation, spa, dining, picnics, and special events
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on estate experiences and packages
• Ensure a seamless guest journey from enquiry to arrival
• Support revenue optimisation and reservation reporting
Requirements:
• 2–3 years’ experience in hotel reservations within an upmarket/luxury environment
