Job Description
Panoram Hotel Management is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the opening and launch of a new hotel in Spain. You will drive pre-opening activities, ensure compliance with 4‑star brand standards, and oversee all hotel operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
In this role you will lead and develop the team, manage budgets and KPIs, and coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance to achieve a successful stabilization phase.
