Position title: Hotel Maintenance Technician

Working Days: 6 days, Tue – Sun

Working Hours: 9am – 6pm

Working Location: Bugis

Salary: $2500 - $3500 (Depends on qualification & experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on hotel equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, air‑conditioning units, door locks, water heaters, and bathroom fixtures.
• Respond promptly to guest repair requests and maintenance issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities.
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) according to the hotel's maintenance schedule.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on pumps, motors, plumbing systems (e.g. toilets, basins, faucets, drains), and other hotel equipment.
• Repair or replace lamps, light fittings, switches, power sockets, door locks, door closers, and other minor electrical or mechanical components.
