Project Manager – Hotel Development Office (HDO)

Location: Palma de Mallorca, Spain (on‑site).

The main mission of the Hotel Development Office is to guide the organization through the conceptualization processes of investment projects such as renovations, new hotel constructions, management contracts, and styling decoration projects.

Responsibilities

• Design the project plan in collaboration with the HDO Project Leader, including tasks of analysis, design, and development, defining project scopes and objectives, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project performance tool and template (Smartsheet) to track progress, manage deviations, and evaluate performance against short‑ and long‑term goals.
• Coordinate HDO internal resources for flawless project execution, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on‑time, within scope, and within budget.
