Key Responsibilities
Analyze hotel performance indicators including occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR, and revenue trends
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports
Monitor competitor pricing and market conditions
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve profitability and guest satisfaction
Support revenue management and pricing strategies
