Hotel Accountant

As the Hotel Accountant, you’ll get to:

• Prepare timely and accurate journal entries as required in completing the day-to-day accounting and financial month-end close process


• Perform account reconciliation and ensure accuracy of cost allocation


• Provide support to inventory and supplies tracking


• Assist with the accounts receivable process, including group master billing, payment processing and collection, reporting, and reconciling the daily hotel revenue and receivables


• Work closely with sales, room reservation and front desk, and provide support to resolve billing and payment issues in a timely manner and maintain customer service satisfaction


• Assist with accounts payable processing


• Regularly visit the properties to perform cash balancing, reconciliations, and float counts
