Job Description
As a Pool & Beach Hostess at Banyan Tree Dubai you are responsible for creating a warm, seamless and welcoming arrival experience for guests in the resort's outdoor leisure areas. You will manage guest flow across pool and beach zones, coordinate seating and cabanas, and ensure every guest feels personally recognised and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Welcome & Arrival Experience : Greet guests warmly; assist with seating allocation, sunbeds, cabanas and umbrellas; ensure guests are settled comfortably and have all necessary amenities.
- Seating & Guest Flow Management : Manage allocation of sunbeds, cabanas and beach/pool seating; coordinate with the Pool & Beach Supervisor; monitor availability; communicate wait times or availability clearly.
