We are looking for committed, compassionate, and reliable temporary staff to join our team in a busy Drug & Alcohol Support Hostel. If youâre passionate about helping people rebuild their lives and thrive in challenging environments, weâd love to hear from you.
⨠What Weâre Looking For:
* Previous experience working in supported housing, homeless services, drug & alcohol support, or similar care environments
* A current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to update one)
* Strong communication, boundary-setting, and de-escalation skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
* A supportive, empathetic approach and a genuine desire to help others
