Our client is a well established hotel chain is looking for General Hospitality Staff with great customer service skills to join their resort
We have multiple allrounder hospitality positions covering the following duties:
ā¢ taking reservations, greeting and seating guests, and presenting them with menus
and beverage lists
ā¢ setting and arranging tables
ā¢ taking food and beverage orders
ā¢ serving food and beverages
ā¢ recommend wine and drinks to complement food
ā¢ opening bottles and pouring beverages
ā¢ conducting wine, beer, and spirit tastings
ā¢ preparing, serving and selling cocktails, mixed drinks, bottled, canned and other
alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and a variety of coffee beverages such as
lattes, cappuccinos and other espresso-based beverages
ā¢ selecting and grinding coffee
ā¢ clearing bars and tables and returning dishes, glasses and cutlery to kitchen
