Job Description
Remembrance Hospice started in 2022 with the need to create a Hospice environment that takes care of the whole person during their end-of-life journey. We are concerned with the patient’s medical as well as their emotional and spiritual needs. We care for the whole person and their family members to ensure the service they receive in the end-of-life journey is thoughtful, kind, caring, and supportive for everyone involved.
OVERVIEW:
The registered nurse plans, organizes and directs hospice care and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individual and families within their homes and communities. Salary is based on experience. Applicants MUST be willing to travel to patients' homes and facilities. Mileage is reimbursed.
