As the Home Site Supervisor in Burleigh Heads, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our clients with both physical and psycho-social disabilities. As a dynamic leader, you will guide and inspire a dedicated team to deliver person-centered care within our Home service. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, coordinating individualised care plans, and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers both team members and our much loved clients.

Other key duties will include:

• Supporting the financial performance of the Home service site through effective management of operating expenditure in line with budget.
