Lead store operations, develop staffing, manage budgets, and deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of store operations, including recruitment, training, development, and performance management.
• Prepare and implement the yearly budget.
• Ensure merchandising, product, and facility image are at the highest standards.
