Position Summary
The LPN Home Care provides safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to community members in accordance with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA) Standards of Practice. The successful candidate delivers client-centered care that promotes health, independence, dignity, and an enhanced quality of life. Working within an interdisciplinary healthcare team, the Home Care LPN conducts client assessments, treatments, medication support, health education, chronic disease management, wound care (within scope of practice), and ongoing home care services.
