We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Coordinator to join our team. We expect our Home Care Coordinator to exhibit excellent technical skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
What You’ll Need
- 2–3 years of experience in a Home Care Coordinator or similar home care agency role
- Hands-on experience with HHA Exchange is a must
- Experience working in a home care agency environment
- Experience with Medicaid-based home care service...
