The Opportunity

Joining our Home Care team as a Home Care Administration Officer, you'll play a key role in keeping our Aveo Care at Home services running smoothly, ensuring that Aveo residents continue to live independently for as long as possible. Working alongside the Home Care team, you will provide a wide range of administrative tasks that support Care Partners, including reviewing care plan documentation, data entry and other mini-projects.
